Intended use: This product is intended used to clean and disinfect non-invasive medical devices.

Intended user: Hospital or medical institution professional practitioners.

Contraindication:

1) Prohibition of cleaning and disinfection of invasive medical devices,

2) Users who are allergic to Benzalkonium Chloride and Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride are advised to refer to the package instructions and use after wearing gloves,

3) It is prohibited to use the wet wipes for direct disinfection of human parts such as skin and mucous membranes. Its designed purpose is for the cleaning and disinfection of non-invasive medical devices,

4) Do not use when the packaging of the wet wipes is damaged, or it has been opened for more than 3 months, or if there is an unusual odor or mildew,

5) This product is for single use only.

Precautions:

1.For external use only.

2.Disinfection wipes for hard surface and non-invasive medical devices cleaning and disinfecting.

3. Do not use on fabrics or porous surfaces.

4. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice.

5. Store in a cool dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.

6. The product is single use.

7. Please use this product within three months after it is opened.

8. Report any serious accident involving the user and/or patient that has occurred in connection with the use of the device to the manufacture and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.

Directions for use:

1. Wear appropriate PPE.

2. Remove one wipe from pack/canister.

3. Keep pack closed when not in use.

4. Apply to surface using an S shaped motion, from top to bottom and right to left.

5. The surface must remain wet for two minutes.

6. Discard the wipe into a suitable waste container.
